Spiral roller conveyor
The main application of spiral roller conveyors is the load transportation between the floors of the building. Gravity roller conveyor
The gravity roller conveyor is installed with a slope of 2-5°, the rollers rotate freely affected by the gravity of the transported cargo. Design variants vary: straight, curled, with hinged section. They are used to transport piece loads with flat, ribbed or cylindrical surface. Small loads with complex structure are transported in boxes or on pallets. Roller conveyors are widely used in warehouses, in luggage terminals, production and packaging lines (storage, diverting roller conveyors), etc.
Live roller conveyor
It is a roller conveyor with a drive and mechanical components, which allows to move loads in different directions, up to a rise of 5 degrees. The process of transmitting rotation from the output shaft of gear motor to the rollers is provided in various ways: motor chain, belts of various shapes, etc. The conveyor rollers rotation can be provided with either one tractive element (tangential drive), or rotation transmitting occurs from roller to roller successively. They are used in warehouses, in luggage terminals, production and packaging lines (diverting and conveying roller tables), etc.
