Scraper conveyor
Chain scraper conveyors are tailored to transfer horizontally and in inclined manner grain, compound feed, sunflower seeds, and other bulk grains. Conveyors can be made of galvanized steel, stainless or painted steel. To reduce noise and grain damage during transportation, polymeric materials are used in the conveyor construction: guides for chains, support rollers, stabilizers. The conveyor bottom internal surface lining with polymeric wear-resistant sheets is also possible.
Scraper conveyors are equipped with various automation tools for performance changing, controlling the shutters, monitoring the chain breakage and the support of the movable cargo.
Chain conveyor
Chain conveyors serve for transportation of massive cargoes, with a small length of the bearing surface area. These conveyor lines are designed to operate indoor and outdoor, under light and heavy working conditions.
The advantage of chain conveyors is the possibility of using specialized chains equipped with elements on which it is possible to install, for example, scrapers, various kinds of rubber elements, other specialized devices on which a certain part is transported.
Cable conveyor
The main load-carrying element of these structures is a cable, with its help the loaded trolley moves along the guides.
This equipment is capable of moving large cargoes for short distances.
Pneumatic conveyor
Pneumatic conveyors are used for transportation of PET-bottles from the blowing machine to the filling machine, since the weight of the finished bottle is small and it is very unstable during gravity transportation.
Compressed air is conveyed to the transport compartment. Bottles hung by the neck move in the given direction under the influence of the air flow, pumped by the fan into the conveyor body.
Conveyor for chips
This type of conveyor is specifically designed for moving metal, plastic and other types of chips. The design peculiarity is that a steel tape is used in this conveyor, consisting of plates connected by a hinge. As a result, even the smallest chips fraction will not fall off the conveyor, but will move to the right place. Steel tape guarantees long and reliable conveyor service.
Manual poultry boning conveyor
Conveyor with cone holders is designed for manual poultry cutting and boning. Its performance depends on the line dimensions, the number of workers and necessary parts for dividing the carcasses.
The workers are positioned from both sides. The boners stand on individual platforms, which allows them to be placed at a very convenient level. Equipment and components are made of AISI 304 steel.
The diverting conveyor transports the waste parts along the line. The workers are positioned at a pitch of 1 meter for the convenient working process.
