Sheet metal forming
The process of precise forming of metal sheets up to 5 mm thick is automated to the fullest. The work is carried out on a modern hydraulic press brake with CNC AMV-10031T.
Automation of the sheet metal forming process ensures high accuracy, the absence of welds even on the most complex products, and the high quality of any batch.
Laser metal cutting
Laser cutting of metal sheets from 0.3 up to 10 mm thick (black steel) and from 0.3 up to 5 mm thick (stainless steel and aluminum) can be accomplished along a complex contour with any geometry.
The work is carried out on a highly-precise fully automated laser cutting unit BODOR F1530 1500W, providing a perfectly-smooth cut faces.
Paint work
We can carry out powder and liquid coloring of any metal products.
We guarantee long-term wear-resistant coating and provide you with an extensive color and texture palette. We carry out preliminary sandblasting (abrasive cleaning) and we are not scared of large dimensions of products for paint.
Welding work
Robotic welding machine provides high quality welds for metal products of any complexity.
