USER AGREEMENT LLC ROBOTIC SOLUTIONS

1. I give my consent to Robotic Solution, CJSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and its representatives to process my personal data wholly or partly by automated means, namely collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, removal, annihilation - personally transmitted by me to the Company, including data specified in the social networks:
   • full name;
   • sex;
   • date of birth and age;
   • e-mail address;
   • phone number (cell / work / home);
   • legal address for the company;
   • date and time of access.
2. The company may process my personal data for the next 10 years for the following purposes:
   • identification of users (visitors) of the website;
   • fulfillment of obligations as a vendor - contacting me, including sending notifications, inquiries and information regarding the use of the Company's website, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests, orders and purchases from me;
   • assessment and analysis of the Company’s activity;
   • depersonalization of personal data to obtain anonymized statistical data that is transmitted to a third party for research, carrying out of works or services provision on behalf of the Company;
   • implementation of civil law relations.
3. I also give my consent to the submission of my personal data to contractors and third parties acting on the basis of agreements with the Company, for the fulfillment of the Company’s obligations.
4. The company has the right to process my personal data in ways as follows: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, removal, annihilation.
Processing of my personal data (on paper; in personal data information systems and without using automation tools, as well as in a mixed way) by the Company should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
5. The company undertakes not to disseminate the information received from me. It is not considered a violation to provide information to contractors and third parties acting on the basis of agreements with the Company. Dissemination of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the law is not considered a violation of obligations.
6. This agreement, including the transmission of personal data to a third party in accordance with clause 4 of this agreement, comes into effect from the moment I link to the web-site www.roboticsol.eu and is valid until the day of withdrawal in writing.
7. This agreement may be revoked by a written application to e-mail: info@roboticsol.eu.
8. The owner (copyright holder) of the materials posted on this web-site is Robotic Solutions CJSC. Сopying of materials from the web-site is allowed only with the written consent of the copyright holder.
